Our dryer was not heating. Paul arrived and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Luckily, the replacement part was in stock and Paul was able to respond back to the house and complete the repair before the end of the day. The tech was very knowledgeable and completed the repair quickly. I will use the company again for any appliance repairs.
