Overall, everything went well. There were several issues that were taken care of after the roof was completed, but no major problems. Anyone can make a mistake, but the real test is how well (and quickly) the problem is corrected. Advanced Roofing came through for me and I am very pleased with the new roof.
I have to tell you that Advanced Roofing Team Construction is absolutely fabulous. My sales representative Peter was absolutely fantastic. He listened to the issues , performed a free estimate and identified the problems. Peter was very punctual, knowledgeable and absolutely professional. I hired then Advanced Roofing Team Construction to replace my rubber roof with the new membrane called TPO. I have called on Peter and his team several times for my residential rental units over the years. At least three different roof replacements, and a few roof repairs. I find Peter to be very responsive and understanding. He has come out in cold winter months to perform repairs and correct ice dams. His team is dependable and work quickly and on time. I worked closely with Tom from Advanced Roofing to set-up and schedule the installation of the new roof. At the beginning, Tom was really great. We were very happy with Peter and his crew. We had the old shingles tore off and new ones installed plus up graded vents and new one installed on the back porch. We had some leaking that was caused by an unseen defect with our false chimney. They fixed the problem and did not charge us even though it was no fault of theirs.
We have nothing but huge praises for this company. They are honest and knowledgeable. When they added "Team" to their name that is exactly what they have...a team of experts in every area of construction to do the job. They had experts on their staff to install the skylights as well as the roof. In our case we had a huge amount of interior damage, which had to be fixed according to code.
