Brett was efficient and prompt with providing estimate, ordering materials and removing and re-shingling our roof. He answered many questions we had. He worked directly with our insurance estimator as our roof was replaced due to hail damage. We couldn't have asked for better service. We are very happy with our new roof. They also did a fabulous job of clean up as well....no nails left behind! <br />

They did a good job but there was a total lack of commucation between Rick, the sales rep, & the owner of the company, Peter, who was in charge of the jpb. Material was left in allley overnight after being told it would be placed in yard. Was given a start date, but they arrived on a different day without calling us. The clean up was just so-so, found some nails in yard and we have a dog. They damaged our back door awning and just left without telling us. They started early by the time i got back from my work out the roof was off and the boss was calling to ask if they were there.I liked the fact that the man we talked about the roof was there to make sure things are going well. We loved the personal touch.A person that really there from start to finished. There was 5 guys that did the work . They all were polite very professional . Did an excellent job. The men arrived on time and went to work. They were very pleasant and businesslike... just getting to their work. I was advised to take any loose items off my wall to insure nothing fall off and break as there would be pounding going on. Overall, they worked hard, and were neat, pleasant and accommodating. It took one day and in that time 3 roofs were completed. After all the roofs were done, the foreman went up to check to see that everything had been done correctly and to approve the job. I selected Advanced Roofing because of the 100% satisfaction guarantee and their advertised specialization as one of only 3% roofers with GAF Master Elite certification. Big mistake. They "hired" or gave my job in the city to a sub-contractor who 1) forgot to replace my garage roof; 2) left gutters with debris; and 3)used my neighbors back yard to store roofing debris. I just saw the incorrect info responded by the company after I upgraded my review. They never suggested we contact another company regarding this project at any time. The salesman, Reed, also tried to convince us we did not need a permit and when the job was completed attempted to convince us the village did not do final inspections. We live in Arlington Hts and yes, a permit is needed as well as a final inspection.
