Several years ago we experienced a hail storm. I inspected the roof myself and concluded there was no chance the the insurance company would would pay for what seemed to be minor damage. I like that they were straightforward with the pricing and worked with us on the schedule. I don't like that they weren't very responsive after the job was done so we can get some questions answered.
