Could not have been happier with Advanced. Great service from initial call, working with Peter(estimator) to the men who did the work. Looks great and they cleaned up when they were done! Would recommend over and over again! <br />

Mike contacted me right away. He came out the same day to give us an exact price and see what we wanted done. We agreed on a price, which wasn't much more then his deal. Our roof was just a little bigger then 2000 sq feet. We told him we wanted it done on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. They were out the following Monday. The work was done in the time he allowed,and we did not have any further charges. There can be damage to the wood under the shingles, that can't be seen until the old roof is removed. Roof workers did a fair job. Sales agent was very prompt and professional. Noticed several nails scattered on the lawn and some pieces of the old roof. Slightly dented the gutter in front of the garage. The roof was never inspected by someone from ART after the work was completed. <br /> <strong>Not recommending this contractor</strong>. Why? I recommended them to my brother-in-law and had his roof replaced by ART just recently. Afterwards, he informed me that the workers did a poor job installing the shingles (some were loo... read more

This is the first that we've heard of these concerns. If there is a problem with the gutter due to our installation we will fix it. I do apologize if there were any nails left behind as we do our best to pick them up with our magnetic rollers but unfortunately some may get left behind. <p>went ok, theywere not going to put down new tar paper, that was resolved. The 10% discount had to be applied when the contract was signed, said we didn't qualify because the roof cost more than the advertised special. The work was done on my Mother's condo in Channahon, so the paperwork was not in my name and the company dealt with my brother Mike. The review was also rated by my brother who was onsite with Advance Roofing Team when the work was completed.</p> <p><br /></p>
