Mike Alex came out within an hour when I called. He looked all around and the roof and that wasn't the problem. He took pictures of the spots on the ceiling in the laundry room. Bottom line when people do right by me I do right by them. Very honest! Recommend to anyone.

Tom was the professional that came out and spent time with us explaining what was wrong with our roof, that there were many layers underneath, that all of it needed to be torn off due to age, the type of shingles, and the layers. We were blown away with the news and weren't happy about the price. I had purchased a deal for a replacement roof and at the same time added on having my garage roof replaced. Advanced Roofing Team was quick to respond and set up everything. Michael sent everything over quickly and would respond within 24 hours (usually much quicker) to emails and questions. We were delayed by weather, but there was nothing we could do about that. We recently lost about 10 shingles during a severe wind storm. After calling several roofers in a panic (and our insurance company), Peter got back to us promptly and came out right away. He gave us a very honest assessment of the damage and advised us to simply repair the damage, rather than replace the whole roof, leaving our less-than-generous insurance company out of it.
