Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. One thing that would have helped me would be to have the option of filling out the virtual paperwork from my computer rather than my smart phone. I type REALLY slowly with one finger. 😊 But it's very possi me you do have this option, and I just wasn't aware.
