I have been looking for a Dr since 2008 when my primary care Dr moved away. I have dealt with Dr Mean, Dr Rude & Dr Know-it-all so many times I was afraid to even bother going to another urgent care after my last primary care doc informed me that he was unable to see me because he is retiring & fully booked. I have gone to this location multiple times and they disappoint each time. I was sent a email to review them and I made it clear that I am disgusted in the service I was given. They took my copay but did not help me at all and made me feel like I completely wasted my time. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. They do not even have the decency to respond back to me. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was here a few months ago with my one year old. They got me in right away at 8:30 on a Sunday night and were, kind, compassionate and efficient.

Took my wife there with severe back and leg pain. The doc was nice and prescribed some what were essentially muscle relaxers. No good. She couldn't sleep, couldn't walk, and couldn't even sit without being in pain. Went back the next night where a rather arrogant doc who was up talking with staff never even let us get to the point of getting our information. He heard we had been there the night before, told us he couldn't give her anything stronger than the guy before (presumably thinking she was drug seeking) and sent us on... read more

I visited the Highlands Ranch urgent care twice recently, and found the staff to be patient focused and fun, the wait time very short and the medical staff is insightful and candid. Highly recommended.
