Took my wife there with severe back and leg pain. The doc was nice and prescribed some what were essentially muscle relaxers. No good. She couldn't sleep, couldn't walk, and couldn't even sit without being in pain. Went back the next night where a rather arrogant doc who was up talking with staff never even let us get to the point of getting our information. He heard we had been there the night before, told us he couldn't give her anything stronger than the guy before (presumably thinking she was drug seeking) and sent us... read more

I visited the Highlands Ranch urgent care twice recently, and found the staff to be patient focused and fun, the wait time very short and the medical staff is insightful and candid. Highly recommended.

Terrible terrible experience. I was having a hard time breathing and was also coughing a lot. I went to Afterours on Friday because I knew something wasn't right and my DR was all booked up. My oxygen level was quite low but they didn't seem very concerned. To make a long story short they said I probably have a cold coming on and I should get something to calm down my cough. The next day I was in the ER with terrible pneumonia. I just want everyone to read this and realize they misdiagnosed me and it almost costed me my life... read more

I found this place to be friendly and efficient. Typical urgent care type place. The subtraction of one star is just because of how expensive these places are.

If I could give 0 I would. I have had issues with this place in the past which I had hoped were resolved with new staff, however it's just new people screwing up the same things. The newest is that I was charged upon entering for my copay. I was sitting to wait half an hour before I overheard the receptionist mention to somebody else that they didn't have xray that night. That's why I was there. So of course I had to leave and go to er and get refunded my copay. This refund was pending in my bank account for 3 days and cause... read more
