Terrible terrible experience. I was having a hard time breathing and was also coughing a lot. I went to Afterours on Friday because I knew something wasn't right and my DR was all booked up. My oxygen level was quite low but they didn't seem very concerned. To make a long story short they said I probably have a cold coming on and I should get something to calm down my cough. The next day I was in the ER with terrible pneumonia. I just want everyone to read this and realize they misdiagnosed me and it almost costed me my life... read more

I found this place to be friendly and efficient. Typical urgent care type place. The subtraction of one star is just because of how expensive these places are.

If I could give 0 I would. I have had issues with this place in the past which I had hoped were resolved with new staff, however it's just new people screwing up the same things. The newest is that I was charged upon entering for my copay. I was sitting to wait half an hour before I overheard the receptionist mention to somebody else that they didn't have xray that night. That's why I was there. So of course I had to leave and go to er and get refunded my copay. This refund was pending in my bank account for 3 days and cause... read more

We made sure that your copay refund was entered immediately in our system, before you left the clinic. Unfortunately we have no control over how your bank or the credit merchant processes a refund to your account but we can assure you that we did everything on our end right away.

However, my recently operated on wrist had taken quite the hit and I know I needed some help. I called ahead willing to drive elsewhere of it was the same staff. I was told that they had a stable staff now and over 95% of their providers were no longer there. My luck however is not that good. I get t... read more

Great service from beginning to end. I was concerned initially because of the few negative reviews, which is why I felt compelled to write a review, probably my first ever review on Yelp. The staff was professional, courteous and thorough. I highly recommend this place for urgent care.
