Very bad experience. Did not give serious option to properly repair the ac unit. Was only interested of selling a new unit in cahoots with the person on the other end of the telephone line. Did not actually diagnosed the problem of the ac unit based on answers to technical questions I asked. Felt like diagnosis were based on assumption and have been predetermined before thoroughly diagnosing the problem with the ac unit. Will not deal with company again. Found a more reliable company and techs to take care of my problem.

Constant inconsistency and poor communication on appointments. It seems everytime I make an appointment it’s either canceled or they try to reschedule because of bigger jobs or some other excuses. I submitted a one start review and was given a phone number to call for a refund even when calling that number someone has to take a message and sent to someone else. This company is a joke and will definitely not refer anyone to them anymore.

Absolutely the worst experience. Not at all honest and not able to honor their responsibilities. Failed to honor warranty I paid for and offered a price to fix the water heater that was nothing less than highway robbery. Use if you want get ripped off.
