Technician was trained to upsell a new system before even addressing the needed service on the less than 2 year old tankless. Service was over priced for the effort, pace and knowledge received.
the appointment was for cleaning and flushing the water heater, there was no cleaning, no flushing just draining the tank that’s it . Connect hose drain water that is not water heater service
MCWilliams was called to unclog and air conditioning line that was leaking due to being clogged, they charged me $80 to come out and tell me I needed and air conditioning person, so I called Bellaire air conditioning who charged me $130 to tell me I needed a plumber! Had to call another plumbing company since McWilliams is incompetent and unable to do a simple job. DO NOT use this company, they will not help you but are happy to take your money anyway.
Tech Pablo G. Was great. He was professional in all ways answering questions and made recommendations as to the options for you to do the repairs. After considerable thought I opted to move to other side of my home that still had A/C and work on saving for the repair in the near future. I appreciated Pablo’s respectfulness and considerations to my situation and needs. I will definitely be a McWilliams customer in the future.
Called for mini split service. The tech that came out was great, however the front office is incredibly incompetent with scheduling. Called and set the appointment on Wednesday for Saturday. Called them on Friday to confirm if everything was set and got the ok. Received a call Saturday morning to say the mini split specialist was off on the weekend. Experience was good. Pablo was very professional and upfront. He checked out my unit and found what he believed was the problem. When he gave me pricing he was apologetic but what was is was. I told him I appreciated his honesty and understanding especially when I told him I was going to have to wait and see what I could work out as I’m on income. He was, again, very understanding. I would recommend him and McWilliams if inquired about an A/C man
