Our air conditioner is struggling to cool our home and we can hear the motor just whirring itself into cycles of exhaustion. Having had good service from Air Hawk in the past, we booked a service tech using the website for today between 10a-12p and received a confirmation for the appointment. This weekend has record high temperatures and we are overwhelmed with request for service. We do offer same day service but we can’t guarantee we can serve everyone during such high demand.
