Technician told us that the ac was on and cooling before he left only to find my thermostat still locked and in the off position going on day three with no ac at 8 & 1/2 months pregnant. Currently 86 degrees in my house.
Our air conditioner is struggling to cool our home and we can hear the motor just whirring itself into cycles of exhaustion. Having had good service from Air Hawk in the past, we booked a service tech using the website for today between 10a-12p and received a confirmation for the appointment. The website touts "same day service" for this company. We received a call about an hour after booking the appointment and were told that the soonest Air Hawk could see us 3 days from today.
