New furnace and air conditioner Even though our furnace was still working it was in its 15th year and with the incentives offered through Aire One we were able to purchase both items. The salesman was polite and very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The installers were courteous and professional and took the time to answer any questions I had about the installation.

Furnace We were having problems with our old furnace and I called the service number for help. They came within hrs of the call and was able to get our heat up and running again. We decided to replace our furnace and they helped us choose the right one for our family and home. They were able to work with our busy schedule and the installers were very professional. I'd recommend then to any of my family or friends.

Very Happy With Service Recently we had a maintenance check done on our furnace and signed up for the monthly maintenance plan. Since then we heard a squeaking sound coming when the fan went off so my husband contacted Aire One on Monday and a technician came out on Tuesday. They checked everything out and said everything was fine and the squeak was fairly normal with a high compression system and would disappear. They suggested replacing the filter every three months. Replaced a Lemon with a Quiet Rose Our 10 year old York Furnace turned out to be a LEMON. Thanks to Aire One they managed to keep it going all that time with their amazing service and support. They installed a new Carrier that was amazingly quiet and they put in cold air returns in our basement in the most amazing spots without damaging the present walls, etc. The installation/sales team was superb! New Furnace and Air conditioner instalation We were able to get a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner within 24 hours of our phone request. P.J. was our salesman and he really took the time to explain everything to us and gave us several options. Our new furnace and AC were installed within a week by "Mike and Mike"....they arrived on time, did a great job, explained everything to us and left our home very clean and tidy after all the work. I would definitely recommend this company.

Furnace, AC, WATER HEATER All in all very satisfied so far with the installation and operation of all items . Everything working well. The guys that did all the installations were knowledgable and friendly/respectable. I would definitely refer Aire One in Kitchener to family and friends.

Home furnace purchase and installation My furnace purchase experience was much better than I expected (grudge purchase). I phoned 3 different places for information and quotes. One company never bothered to call back, one company made an appointment with me for 6 days later, and Aire One was able to come the next day.
