Furnace service/installation Lewis (service technician) was very helpful and aided in our decision to replace the furnace. Colin was a good salesman in that he did not over-sell. The installers were courteous and clean. Thank you!

TUNE-UP We had Louis come over for maintenance on our A/C and furnace. He was very helpful in answering all questions and pointed out all deficiencies. We needed a new filter that we bought from him directly and he installed it for me. He was friendly and efficient to get to work and he was on time as well. Best tech I've ever had!
Furnace Replacement When my furnace quit I was upset as I hate taking off work for service appointments especially since half the time they either show up extremely late or not at all - this was not the case with the Aire One. They showed up on time and were courteous and professional - I showed them where everything was and then I was able to leave and go to work. Furnace This was a warranty call out for our furnace. Technician arrived early. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Identified the problem quickly, sorted it out and reset the system in 15 min. A ten out of ten experience.

Furnace Maitenance When I had my furnace serviced on Friday, the experience was excellent. The technician was on time. He did the job efficiently and well. He was quiet. The guy also advised me that everything is working well.

Furnace Fix Aire One was coming to maintenance our furnace, but it stopped working last night. Fortunately, the technician came within the prescribed time and identified what the problem was. He made arrangements so we have heat now. We were impressed by the timeliness and the troubleshooting of the situation so we could get heat today. The experience was great.

p-trap replacment The Aire One technician arrived a few minutes before the advised time to install a new p-trap on our furnace. He completed his work quietly and efficiently in about 15 minutes. Installer had a positive and friendly attitude and explained what he did and why. Aire One also installed our A/C, furnace and tankless hot water heater a few years ago. furness/air replacement I was first impressed with the sales rep and his openness and knowledge. After we reviewed other quotes we chose Aire one and the York furness and air conditioner. We have had both in operation and the biggest feature we found was the quieter operation of both the air outside fan (noise) and the furness operation compared to our previous Lennox ones.
