Air conditioner check up We had someone check our air conditioner because it wasn't cooling properly. The service man was on time and very pleasant. He checked it and had it running great in about 15 minutes. Great service and employees are very friendly to deal with on the phone and in person.
FURNACE SERVICE The furnace was serviced by Air One. The experience was fine. He was quick and thorough. He checked everything with me. He also went through the paperwork and billing with me.

maintenanace I have Aire One do the maintenance on my equipment ever since I have purchased the furnace and air from them. The technician who came this time was polite and took care of his job well. He was on time and everything went well. Web site to schedule an appointment didn't work. Had to call in to schedule.

Whole house humidifier Recently purchase an Aprilaire humifier from Airone, it included installation. The installer showed up on time was extremely well organized, the install was done in a professional and workman like manner. Before I knew it they cleaned up and were on their way. Works perfectly great job.

Thermostat Replacement The thermostat was replaced by Air One and it went just fine. James certainly showed up on time and was very professional. He made it quick and easy. Air One also installed our furnace and A/C and that was fine as well. Everything is working fine.

Air Conditioner and Furnace I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in the beginning of November. The installers were considerate and polite. They cleaned up when they were done the installation. The consultant explained the contract fully to me. I was pleased with the result.

Furnace and Fireplace Service I had my furnace and both my fireplaces serviced today. The service was really good. The guy seemed very knowledgeable. He also answered all my questions. He was clean. The guy was a little late, but it was not a big deal. Overall, a great experience.
