Furnace Parts Warranty My furnace company went out of business and Aire One was recommended to replace a part on my furnace that was under warranty. The maintenance person (Dave) was very knowledgeable, curtesy and helpful. He noticed another part (under warranty as well) and that was changed for just their labour and service fees. He arrived later then the time I was told but was quick, clean and all the work was completed that day.

New furnace installed No heat on Saturday morning. Service man was here in less than 2 hours. Too costly to repair. Ordered new furnace and Ricardo and Dave installed on Monday. All done and cleaned up in a few hours. Great job.

Excellent Customer Service We got a quote yesterday for a new furnace and A/C as our old furnace was malfunctioning and our A/C was due to be replaced. Today, Mackenzie and Keatley arrived at 9am to install both of the new units. They were very professional. Not only did they put floor coverings down so that the floors would not get wrecked but, they also made sure no mess was left behind. We would gladly recommend Air One.

Water Heater We were very impressed with Matt and Kyle’s work ethic and people skills. They were polite, very informative, neat, and very efficient. Both men took their time explaining the process and what was done. They took great respect in protecting our newly installed wooded floors and removed the old water heater with care. Both men ended their appointment by wishing us a great day. And it was at that! Matt and Kyle are definitely an asset to Air One’s team of professionals.

Service Amazing service . Very friendly and professional. Booking was easy and they went out of their way to fit an appointment time in that worked with my schedule. The service tech took the time to explain to me what he was checking for and didn’t mind this newbie homeowner with lots questions looking over his shoulder.
