High Efficient York Furnace Had a problem with my old furnace and found out it was the circuit board. The technician was at my place within 2 hours (this was on a Sunday) of my initial call and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Gave me an estimate of the repair immediately and other options that were available. I decided to get a quote on a new furnace as the old one was 12 1/2 years old. Service call Quick response to my call for service. Service person was knowledgeable and courteous. A full explanation of the issue was presented and an appointment to replace the part was scheduled for the next day as the part was not readily available.

Replace rental water heater Cesar & Darren were polite and courteous the minute they walked through the door. Everything that was done to install the new water heater was explained thoroughly so we understood what was happening. They took time to put down dropcloths to help minimize the mess while working. Darren and Cesar were very efficient, so the job was done quickly and cleanly.

Furnace repair My furnace stopped working on Monday morning. I emailed Aire One using their online form, and by the afternoon a tech was dispatched to diagnose. They found a faulty low-pressure switch, and scheduled service the following afternoon (Tuesday). I received a call from their office on Monday evening to confirm the time window on Tuesday, and another call Tuesday morning to re-confirm. By suppertime on Tuesday my furnace was fixed. They were punctual, polite, clean and professional.

A/C Tune up Ricardo did an amazing job. He listened to my concerns and did his best to adjust where needed. He also was very informative and helped giving me tips and advise to help our unit stay at its best. Ricardo did a very thorough inspection and cleaning of our unit. I was very happy with his help today.

Installed water heater - The installers Charlie and Gee were very professional and thorough. I had my water rented heater replaced through the city of Kitchener. They sent Air One to do the job. The installers were Charlie and Gee. They were efficient, professional and thorough. I was very please with the service.
