Furnace condensation pump replaced After finding water on our basement floor under the furnace, we called AireOne who responded within approximately 2 hours. The service man arrived, 'social distanced' within our home, checked the pump and confirmed it had not been changed when the new furnace was purchased from Aire One in February. He then quickly and courteously replaced the pump.

Hot Water Heater service w/ Sean As always, Aire One has stayed on top of my pre-paid plan and made sure that all maintenance was performed on time and thoroughly. I received a call two days ago to schedule maintenance service for my rented hot water heater. Sean arrived on time, was extremely professional and efficient, not to mention very friendly and approachable. Employees like Sean are the reason that I have my a/c, furnace, humidifier, and water heater from Aire One. Always a pleasure to deal with.
