Roger was extremely helpful with getting my car serviced and having the service department figure out what was wrong with the brakes! Thank you! He was extremely accomodating and had everything done in a timely manner and even got me to and from the dealership so that my van could be serviced. He has been great to work with since I moved here from Florida. I certainly didn't get that kind of service there. Thank you once again!!

Waited so long to fill this out because I knew I was coming back in for some paint repair and differential noise. Got the paint repair done today and new differential will be in next week. Very good experience from the beginning when I just came in to look at used versus new challengers. Everyone I worked with was great. We'll see how the differential replacement goes (whining gear noise). Thanks for a good buying experience. David Saari

My service advisor, Paul Guthart is always friendly and fair. I can see that he likes to build a good relationship with his clientele. I appreciate your courtesy van service as well. The service shop is always on time and is thorough. I would recommend the dealership to anyone.

I have been coming to Airpark since I returned to the Valley 4 years ago. When I first visited I met John and immediatly felt he truly cared about me the customer as well as my car. He, as well as Maureen Working, are the reason I have held on to this car knowing it would always "get me there" no matter how far away "there" was. John worked with me. It was a very easy transaction. John was Professional and treated my family and boy like Gold. John made the transaction simple and explained everything. No hassles at all. sales man Ian was very knowledgeable and helpful. the whole staff was super nice and made me feel very welcomed and did their best to get me the vehicle i wanted for the price i could live with. i didn't feel any pressure. just a very nice staff that's it

Everyone worked together to help get my deal done. It seems like everyone gets along and that helps to get a deal done and make the customer feel good about the deal. All promisses were kept and the deal was just as presented. Jeff and Derric were great to work with.

the service was great!! I liked their waiting area it was comfy and the coffee... i liked the little summery about what needed to be done with the truck...and they took the time to explain characteristics about my truck and how to drive it! thanks I'll be back soon!

Ian was very nice and gave me and my wife the right amount of attention: did not "push" us to buy, neither let a good customer opportunity slip, considering it was Sunday, late in the afternoon). If I´d buy a Chrysler, it would be from him. I am a customer of Airpark for over 10 years and, frankly, had positive and negative experiences along the way.
