I appreciated the the manner in which Airpark Jeep conducted their business. Both of the individuals I worked with, Tyler (sales) and Gary (financing), were very helpful in answering any and all questions I had in regards to my purchase. There was a mixup as far as my coverage and whether or not I should be billed for the oil change. The oil changes were rolled into my financing package, but weren't showing up as being covered. Nathan and Aaron worked diligently to get it resolved.
Gregg was one of the most knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful car salesmen I've worked with. Both my wife and I agreed that, from the start, it felt like he was actually there to help us rather than simply make a commission. We're not ready to buy immediately, but Gregg (and John) left a great impression and helped us identify the exact model and packages we'd buy... we'll certainly remember that when the time to buy comes along.
My Jeep went in for a warranty repair & again my service advisor Michael Calu was extremely helpful in handling the situation very promptly & efficiently. Terry from service assisted in this process by checkin my Jeep in & directing me to the Enterprise rental counter. Michael also helped me with the MPP rep about the disappearing deductible. Steve did a great job coordinating my warranty issue repairs. The truck looks great and is running great. Steve coordinated with Chrysler to repair and replace two warrant issues that had not been corrected. He did so in a pleasant and professional manner and my truck was done the same day.
After owning a previous vehicle (Toyota Tacoma) for 170K miles, I made a questionable purchase on a new Tacoma and had the almost new pickup with 5K miles on it. I've always loved Jeep Wranglers and thought I'd stop by the Airpark Jeep lot and kick some tires. Brett was the best! helpful and courteous and efficient with my time. Jimmy Tak was extremely helpful and very professional. I am certain that I got the best deal available. I will definitely recommend this dealership in the future and especially Brett and Jimmy.
Overall my experience was good. The cost of $951.00 seemed very high to me for 30,000s service. My vehicle was not there that long. my husband owns a Toyota 4 wheel drive tundra, same year as my jeep, his 30,000 mi service was less than half the cost. i do feel the cost of service will factor in to any decision I make about purchasing another vehicle in the future.
