I brought my car in for a major milage service and while there had a warranty item attended to. Aaron, my "new" service rep, was attentive and complete in describing the work that was done. Airpark will always be my first choice because of the quality of its service department.

I apprecaited seeing and test-driving the new Dodge Nitro, but am really in the market for a used vehicle this time around. I was treated with professionalism and courtesy by all the team members at Airpark Dodge; I just wish there was more used inventory to choose from. I will be back in the area in a couple of months and will check back at that time if still shopping for a vehicle. I DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY THIS DEALER OR ANY SALES ASSOCIATE. Chris went way out of his way to help me get the car I was looking for, in the conditions I needed to stay in. I couldnt afford much but Chris made it work. I truley felt Chris was working for me not just the dealership. I went to the Toyota dealership right next store and they wouldn't even try. by the way, I bought a used Toyota from you. Funny.

With a bit of luck (delivery of a vehicle)and a lot of hard work, I was able to drive out of the dealership approximately 48 hours after I first stated my requirements. I was truly impressed with the speed and efficiency with which the new car was detailed and ready to go. The financial personnel were also very helpful. All in all, one of the most pleasant experiences I've had purchasing a new vehicle.

It was a repeat service visit. Ray Blair was very helpful throughout the experience/visit. The Open was on TV; the place had no customers in the wait area except me--and some sales guys noisily watching the Open. No coffee available unfortunately; no one seemed to be around to ask if coffee could be made (except guys watching Open who weren't drinking coffee) who didn't even acknowledge my existence. All was a very pleasant experience - professional, friendly and attentive staff. I had a Jeep for 7 years and was impressed with the new changes and look of the 2011. My salesperson, Richard Dennis was very informative about the new changes to the 2011 Jeep.

Second car bought from Steve! Would never have returned if it were not for his service and Steve in Service! Mr. Gallo makes it a pleasant experience visiting a dealership! Friendly, honest, helpful, listens...and makes you feel at home. Great person to have represent Airpark to the consumer. High pressure and trying to "swindle" the customer went out with "8 Track Tapes" and Steve "gets it". I would recommend him to any of my friends and would feel comfortable that he would take good care of them. Hats off to Steve and Derr... read more

One of the most pleasant purchases I have ever done, Nathan was very good to deal with and fun to talk too, showed the vehicle well and did a great job! Jimmy was super in the finance department, very good to talk with and had everything in order,

I bought the car thru the internet and marty and gary were great! they did a great job with payments and financing. I was not too impressed with the car, the window tinting sucked and I had to have it replaced, and the were no floor matts so I had to buy new ones and the remote unlock/alarm only works on one door. and I will have to have that fixed. soo all this costed me an additional $550.00 out of pocket so I was not too happy about that. I plan to buy a new car in about 2 years. I will most likely come back to airpark.
