Bought a jeep that was "certified" and in two month I have dead batteries that the dealership refuses to replace. I am still in my 90 day window and they still will not accommodate me. Service is the worst everywhere I turned. I wouldn't buy or even have them put air in my tires.

Sold me a car with active recall. Cancelled deal after I was not allowed to take my car home with me and the part they needed was out of stock and not received until a month later. While I was at dealer trying to make the sale however, Customer service was horrible and the sales team had such attitude. When I was in with finance guy, people kept coming in and out of the room, rolling eyes and throwing paperwork around. No respect for each other or customers. BUYER BEWARE! !! DO NOT BUY a vehicle here!! They will overcharge you, make promises to "get the deal" done that they don't intend to follow through on, just to get a vehicle sold. Found out the hard way...Bought a jeep here in Jan 2022, only to have it break down in the middle of the highway on its first big road trip, merely 7 mos later! 35k miles on it!! They sold the "CPO" vehicle with chips in the windshield that were noticed on the drive home after buying, and they promised they would replace the windshield, still have... read more

This dealership is a scam. Didn’t even make it home with our vehicle bought there and the check engine light came on. Took it back and they claimed their “master”mechanic worked on it before we picked it up. Not much of a master. Next time we picked it up, check engine light came on again. Immediately set up an appointment to discuss these problems with the manager (who didn’t note it on his calendar even though we were on speaker and three of us heard him confirm the appointment time). I should have walked away the second I saw how much gas the salesperson pumped like $5.00 to the jeep when we took it for a test drive. I had to pump gas to make it home all dealers give you a full tank when buying a car. so, this is by far the worst customer service once they get your money they will not give you what they promised even when it's in writing, yes this is what happened to me. the jeep was never detailed it was only washed and still left very dirty but I thought to myself (I can do it no big deal). then we had... read more

What a bad experience. Initially I though it might be just one bad apple, but it seems most of the tree has gone to rot. We came in to check out a certified Ram 1500 that I had called and texted with a salesman about earlier in the day. It was gorgeous, and just what we were looking for with even a bit more. It had been advertised at the price of 60,099. We were fine with that price. Zero stars for this dealership. I purchased a $85000 used truck that was damaged on the lot but they promised me it would be fixed correctly by Airpark Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram When they had me pick it up one evening they said it was “fixed” when I got it home and looked at it In The daytime I noticed it was not fixed correctly and I pointed it out to them. I was told by Chris the used car manager that to have it fixed it would cost $2500 but he would only cover $500 of it in good faith. This is unacceptable and bad business ... read more
