Out the door and out of mind Bought a 2014 $55,000 Grand Cherokee Overland diesel through internet sales. Took about 3 1/2 hours to do the paperwork even though I had an appointment and it was a cash deal. Had to ask to get the fuel tank filled, and they still only put a couple of gallons in the DEF tank. Purchased my Jeep from Airpark Jeep and that is where the adventure begins. The Finance Director is the rudest person I have ever met. When I traded in my Jeep Grand Cherokee due to issues that could not be resolved, first I took a bath on that transaction, second they were suppose to transfer all the warranties that I had purchased over to the new JKUR Wrangler. Please steer clear of this dealership, horrible customer service! The review is long but worth the read. They may have a large selection and even possibly have the exact vehicle you are looking for, but do not buy from this establishment. Here is how my experience went. I bought a new dodge charger from another dealership and took it for its first oil change at this dealership since it is close to my work. I waited to buy a car for a long time a got a really cool car, the charger road and track with the hemi engine. It is a black car with black interior and powerful. When I picked up my car the valet kid smirked at me weird and when I got back to my office, that is just under one mile away I realized there was 30 more miles on my car than the mileage out on my paperwork. I recently attempted to purchase a 2013 Ram 2500 from Airpark Ram Dealership. Initially the salesman, who I am intentionally not naming, gave me a great quote via email and after some hesitation and reassurance on the salesman's part, I allowed my credit to be pulled registering the much hated inquiry hit. We purchased a used car from Airpark Dodge. I wait for the reps to get back to me and they never call back. I bring the car in for an appointment in the early morning and by the end of the day - I still have no bid. The only work that they seem to do quickly are oil changes Have escalated this to highest levels and lots of talk and no resolutions. I want to work with them but just don't have the time or patience. Would rather drive 40 miles than go back.
If they had a 0 star option I would give it. I live out of state and worked for 2 days to work out a price on a used truck. We agreed on price and I had a friend go test drive it. The sales manager spoke to me about making a deposit on the truck, he told me they would draw it up and get back to me in 1 hour. Waited all night at 10PM I get a TEXT message to say they sold the car to someone else. I have hotel reservations to travel there as well as planes tickets. My wife traveled from California on February 17th to purchase a 2009 MB R320 that we had found online and negotiated a price over the phone with Mr. Bingham. The pickup of the vehicle took over 3 hours which seemed excessive. Vehicle was supposed to be in pristine shape and was dirty in the back and had pennies in the cigarette lighter socket which had blown a fuse.
