I'll try to keep this concise. I bought a used jeep in August from Airpark. I Was asked to sort out an argument between sales people after test driving the vehicle. Very awkward. Finance person named Brett was horrible at presenting the financing. All financing is recorded at this dealership but he turned off Cameras half a dozen times during financing consultation. Extremely shady. He was eventually fired from what I was told later. The Dealership cashed my down payment checks a week early, causing overdraft fees and late r... read more

Finance did not demonstrate any sense of urgency or concern with correcting the error of filling out the check needed to finance the vehicle and sending the required documentation. Instead they were very errogant and rude to me as the buyer. I purchsed the vehicle on 2/10/2012, although I contacted Ian and Andrew on numerous occasion, the required documentation was not sent to my finance company until I took time from my schedule to visit the finance manager, Alex on 2/27/2012. It only took 15 minutes for them to fax the che... read more

I left feeling like I was up-sold on lots of extra coverage I didn't need and now I'm over extended on my payments and the process took way too long. When I got there the dealer tells me Jeeps are hardly ever stolen now because of the Century key and as I'm finishing up the paper work almost 2 hours later the financial guy is telling me I really should get all these coverages because Jeeps get stolen all the time and I can only get the coverages right then and there and canceling later won't reduce payment. Also, it's been 2... read more

Mike Santana was rude, condescending, and combative. He lacks communication skills and did not follow through with anything that he told me. I had an appointment scheduled for 1pm on Friday and my car was not even looked at until 4:45pm on Saturday. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience and Mike Santana's customer service. Terrible.

I have leased a Chrysler 300C, since July 2010. I love the styling and size of the car, but the computer system has not worked right, since I got it. Yesterday they put in a new computer and gave me a new set of keys(second time for the keys). They rerturned the car, but the car will not start with the push button, the drivers window still goes up 10 inches and comes down, the trunk will not release by pushing the button in the back, and the car door does not open when you press the button on the door handle. Whether this con... read more

This is the 3rd time I have brought my car in for the same issue. Each time I am told it is something different; parts are VERY pricey. I did replace one myself for much less money. This last visit, they were telling me the same part (Mass air flow sensor) was bad. Kept car overnight with no offer of rental and next day told me it was the EGR valve and that cost was over $800. If I had said yes to air flow sensor that too was pricey and wouldn't have solved the issue. Turns out diagnostic fee was not even removed from price ... read more

This was without question the worst experience in 20 years of buying cars. The first salesman that greeted us (Brandon) immediately passed us off to Tate who I'm quite certain hasn't been selling cars for more than a month. While friendly, he lacked maturity and professionalism, he was very interested in expressing his love of cars and spent no time asking us what we were looking for in a car. As poor as our interaction was during the test drive, that was just the beginning. We were escorted (after the test drive) to Tate's ... read more

This is the 2nd vehicle we bought at your dealership. The first time we worked with Lisa Strassman and it was an excellent experience. The 2nd time was not as great. We left the dealership with our new preowned car and it only had one set of keys. We were offered 100.00 by the salesperson but I said I really needed 2 sets of keys and he said since we were from out of town to go to our local dealership, get the extra key, and send him the bill and he would see that we were reimbursed. I got the key locally the next day and fa... read more
