Change your number after dealing with them I spoke to Becky Markoff, an internet sales director, on Saturday to schedule a review of a BMW X5 xDrive50i on Sunday at 2pm. The dealership is an hour away. I received a call confirming the appointment at 11 and sent an email at 1:30 that I'd be about 10 minutes late. There was a response at 1:48 confirming there were no issues but when I arrived at 2:06 i was informed the vehicle had been sold 'very late the night before'. Five stars to 1 in a hurry Kids to Weston in finance. Other than that I can’t believe how a dealership can still operate the way this one does. Asked repeatedly for managnent phone calls to discuss issues with the deceitful salesman I had. Going to continue to share on other social media websites about how they operate. Still waiting for a vehicle I ourchased with no answers on a delivery date.... taking my business elsewhere

Poor customer service They forgot about me! They had dropped me off down the road while I waited. John stated it would take 1.5 - 2 hours. John stated that he would call me when my vehicle was ready and send an Uber to get me. Two hours into waiting, I called my service advisor. No return call. I called back 20 minutes later. Still no call back. I called a 3rd time. No one available to speak with me. I then took it upon myself to call an Uber to take me to the dealership. AC repair My experience the service center has been horrible on multiple occasions. Most recently, I set a 9:00 appointment for 6/27 to get the AC and a malfunction light looked at. I brought it in and was going to wait but John Marino said it would be a few hours, so I left and he agreed to call me after it was looked at. By 3:00, I had not received a call so I tried to contact him but he could not be located so I left a message to call me back. At 4:00, I called again and he still could not be located. Sub par at best I'm in sales for a living, and nothing frustrates me more than dealing with a sales person who will not work with a customer.... Cameron displayed unwillingness to work with me when I was genuinely trying to purchase a car at a fair price... Touting your sales accomplishments to me when you display zero of it means nothing...However, if you do decide to go there, I worked with Doug also, and he was very professional. This review does not reflect Doug, but Cameron.

Terrible experience Be careful if ordering a vehicle using the affiliates reward program. When I ordered my vehicle they showed me how the preferred pricing works. They wrote up a purchase agreement with the bottom line price matching the affiliates discount. The only problem was the retail price and discount we're about $3k less. It didn't bother me because the bottom line price was correct. Jeep Service They had my Jeep Grand Cherokee for 16 days untouched in their service department as they were waiting for approval from Chrysler Corporate to fix a transmission problem that should be under warranty !! After 16 days having me in a rental (they have no loaners) my rental bill was $600+ and they denied paying it when they were the ones that took 16 days to provide me with the determination that the trans work was not covered under warranty. Lied to about no credit check Was told they wouldn't do an external credit check and they did. Also ran credit check with 3 different banks without our permission. Sales rep asked me if i can work out the numbers would you do it. Said i need to talk to my husband first. Dealt with. Wendy Khamphong

Terrible Experience Worked with an internet Manager Mike Rowe and obtained pricing on a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee via e-mail and phone. I had a trade in and understood it might vary a little bit upon actual inspection. Goal was to be in and out less than 30 minutes since all the work was done upfront. I arrived at the dealership, and was brought to Mike who barely offered a smile when he saw me.
