Incredibly poor service, terrible follow through. I set an appointment for service in the morning. The service area is grid locked. It takes 45 minutes past the appointment time to turn the vehicle over to a service writer. The day goes by without any communication. I called late the first day, early the second and made my final call later that morning telling the service writer that if she did not call me back, then my next call would be to the GM. Internet purchase horible experience. I purchased (or so I thought) a Black/Red steering wheel. First the shipped a black/silver one because they have their numbers mixed up on the website, so I had to send back the item at my own cost. They ordered a new black/red one and after another week I get the so called black/red steering wheel wich looks nothing like the picture on their website. service department is shameful We purchased a fiat and have our jeep serviced here. The service turnover is crazy, we have had 4 different agents! Doyle, the Service Director, takes no accountability for promises/commitments his employees make. They miscalculated the expiration on our warranty, sending us home without the work done because they were busy and we "supposedly" had time left on our warranty. WRONG! Our warranty expired, we were told they would still honor since it was their fault. Now Doyle doesn't return calls ... read more

Stay Away!! Really! Bought a used truck, about 8 months ago. I know should have reviewed earlier! However, I have to let everyone know how they do business. We bought a used truck after a short test drive, we drove it to see a new truck on another of their lots. We had to jump the new truck battery with the old and both would not work after that. They are complete morons, dimwitted AND UNETHICAL! last month ordered a truck with their salesperson Shelly Lipton. got a good deal. their manager, David Head insisted on selling me the add on BS. Poor Service I had a very poor experience with the service department at Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep today (1/14/15). I scheduled an appointment for 7:40am this morning for an oil change on my 2014 jeep. When I dropped my jeep off with the Service Advisor I was not given a time when the jeep would be ready but instead was told he would call me. Ram 3500 2014 Scottsdale Airpark ram I purchased my Ram 3500 2014 from Scottsdale Airpark ram in Arizona. This dealership will not help me with any of the below issues, nor do a buy back. Chrysler, paid a tech to do a ride along, and the tech seen all the below issues, but the computer said the truck was fine. Well it is NOT fine. This is the biggest piece of xxxx on the road. Dodge product is great! Overall the Dodge product is pretty good other than the experience the actual car itself rides and operates great could not be more pleased with the car !! It is what I wanted just need to fix the paint . Thanks Dodge for making a great product!

Stay away - dishonest, deceptive sales and poor service! We met with a salesperson at Airpark based on their "e-pricing" on a Rubicon JK Unlimited. They pushed hard for expensive dealer add-ons from the start, inflating the price by thousands. They also claimed that the factory warranty would be voided by a low lift and larger tires.
