This is the 3rd time I have brought my car in for the same issue. Each time I am told it is something different; parts are VERY pricey. I did replace one myself for much less money. This last visit, they were telling me the same part (Mass air flow sensor) was bad. Kept car overnight with no offer of rental and next day told me it was the EGR valve and that cost was over $800. This was without question the worst experience in 20 years of buying cars. The first salesman that greeted us (Brandon) immediately passed us off to Tate who I'm quite certain hasn't been selling cars for more than a month. While friendly, he lacked maturity and professionalism, he was very interested in expressing his love of cars and spent no time asking us what we were looking for in a car. This is the 2nd vehicle we bought at your dealership. The first time we worked with Lisa Strassman and it was an excellent experience. The 2nd time was not as great. We left the dealership with our new preowned car and it only had one set of keys. We were offered 100.00 by the salesperson but I said I really needed 2 sets of keys and he said since we were from out of town to go to our local dealership, get the extra key, and send him the bill and he would see that we were reimbursed. As the car is back at Airpark because the first trip did nothing to fix the problem the issues with the way you work on cars should be looked at. My wife was given back a car that based on all the work that is now being done to Fix the same issues from this ticket show the car was unsafe to drive. That your service team to say a car is fixed with everything that was truly wrong with my car is gross negligence on the part of the safe involved at Airpark. While at Airpark I worked with Brandon & Larry from the sales floor and was very impressed with Larry but disappointed in Brandon's ability to answer questions, understand my need for information to make decisions, or his ability to find vehicles that Cars.com indicated were on your lot. Larry on the other hand was very informative down to earth and reasonable to work with. I really appreciate the service professionals at Airpark. I will say I am not happy with my PT Cruiser this time. I had a 2001 bought it in 2003 and loved the car.this is when I met the Airpark group. Now when I traded my wonderful 2004 350 Z for this 2008 PT Cruise that had nothing included not even cruise control. Which I assumed it had it included or I would not of purchased this model. Saw ad online for 2010 V6 challenger, for 19,999 and i went in and had sales men try to sell me it for 24,000 sticker, and after i told him about the ad he immeadiatly said ok, proving he was gonna rip me off from start. I signed all paper likes a idiot and didnt double check the freaking actual price of car, i just looked over the side things like service plan and sales tax and didnt realize god damn liar sales man changed my sale price from 19,999 to 21,000, he added 1000 dollars out of nowhere.

Lisa and Bob were the perfect type of car sales people you would want to buy a car from. They are a no hassle or price haggling duo and do not force you into buying something you do not want. I would recommend this team to all my friends for purchasing a vehicle. The problem occurs after you buy the car and have to deal with finance shoving every extra warranty option down your throat. Horrible Dealership!! Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy! First car we bought they told us had a warranty and of course it didnt.. I should've learned the first time but I took personal responsibility because I didnt ask for anything in writing. So we bought a 2010 Dodge Ram from them the second time, It was supposed to be CERTIFIED!!! Come to find out later when carfax had been pulled it had been in a T bone accident!!
