Ram 3500 2014 Scottsdale Airpark ram I purchased my Ram 3500 2014 from Scottsdale Airpark ram in Arizona. This dealership will not help me with any of the below issues, nor do a buy back. Chrysler, paid a tech to do a ride along, and the tech seen all the below issues, but the computer said the truck was fine. Well it is NOT fine. This is the biggest piece of xxxx on the road. Dodge product is great! Overall the Dodge product is pretty good other than the experience the actual car itself rides and operates great could not be more pleased with the car !! It is what I wanted just need to fix the paint . Thanks Dodge for making a great product!

Stay away - dishonest, deceptive sales and poor service! We met with a salesperson at Airpark based on their "e-pricing" on a Rubicon JK Unlimited. They pushed hard for expensive dealer add-ons from the start, inflating the price by thousands. They also claimed that the factory warranty would be voided by a low lift and larger tires. Out the door and out of mind Bought a 2014 $55,000 Grand Cherokee Overland diesel through internet sales. Took about 3 1/2 hours to do the paperwork even though I had an appointment and it was a cash deal. Had to ask to get the fuel tank filled, and they still only put a couple of gallons in the DEF tank. Purchased my Jeep from Airpark Jeep and that is where the adventure begins. The Finance Director is the rudest person I have ever met. When I traded in my Jeep Grand Cherokee due to issues that could not be resolved, first I took a bath on that transaction, second they were suppose to transfer all the warranties that I had purchased over to the new JKUR Wrangler. I bought a new dodge charger from another dealership and took it for its first oil change at this dealership since it is close to my work. I waited to buy a car for a long time a got a really cool car, the charger road and track with the hemi engine. It is a black car with black interior and powerful. I recently attempted to purchase a 2013 Ram 2500 from Airpark Ram Dealership. Initially the salesman, who I am intentionally not naming, gave me a great quote via email and after some hesitation and reassurance on the salesman's part, I allowed my credit to be pulled registering the much hated inquiry hit.
