Driver's door window fell into door on Friday Nov 14. I left a voice mail to Richard as we have worked with him on prior issues with our Challenger and Caravan over last several years. Made appointment for 7:00 am on Sat 15th. Richard was there waiting for us at 6:45am! He got us registered immediately. He had the window regulator replaced by 10: 00am on Sat 15th!! Superb support! Richard is exceptional and always demonstrates perfect customer support. Thank you Richard!
