My service advisor was selling me on services that did not need to be done for another 60,000 miles according to the owner's manual and ignored services that could have been done to prevent larger repair bills. I feel a little screwed after simply taking my Jeep in for an oil change. Dis my research, got a few other opinions, and was not happy with the responses that I got, considering they were far different than that of my service advisor.
I really appreciated the way the William Hill treated me as a client. I know these service advisors are busy but, in my opinion, he made me feel like I was the only customer he was working with. He called me twice to give me status updates which I appreciated. He also went over what was done and brought me the car when it was finished. This may seem like small stuff but it is pretty impressive.
Wonderful service from Mark. He provided a good explanation of what Jeep can offer, and I am leaning very heavily towards purchasing one in the near future.

I was looking for a Jeep and filled out some information on the internet. Ian Stone contacted me the same day and was very professional from the beginning!
