Al went above and beyond during the whole mortgage process. From the very start of when we initially spoke about getting pre-approved, all the way until the end of when we officially closed on our new home. He was always available whenever we needed (even when he was away on vacation!) and always took the time to speak to us directly over the phone about our next steps and what we should expect moving forward throughout the entire process. This is the second time we've used Al for a mortgage, and we couldn't be happier. He is responsive, walks you through the full process, and is patient with our never ending list of questions.
