This was our second time working with Alfonso to obtain a home loan since he made the process so easy the first time around. A renovation loan was new territory for us so it was nice to have Al as a valuable resource to answer all of our questions. He always made time for us and helped make clear what would be expected each step of the way. Al is knowledgeable in all aspects of his job and provides important insight along the way. We were reluctant to go into refinancing initially, but after reaching out to Al & his thorough explanation of everything that was expected & providing visual tool on all financial scenarios was above & beyond. And just as it was flawless when we purchased our house it was even more flawless this time during refinancing.
