This was not my first mortgage experience but it was by far the BEST !! Al and his team were amazing to work with. They have tools in their arsenal that I never saw before but certainly made it very easy for us to make the most effective decision. I am super confident that we did just that and did so because of the guidance from Al and his team. Super responsive and kept us informed at every step in the process.

From start to finish, working with Al and his team was a smooth and stress free process. Purchasing a new home can be overwhelming at times, but because we worked with Al, I felt confident that the mortgage process was one aspect of our purchase we did not have to worry about. Al did a wonderful job communicating with us and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a short closing and Al and made sure we were able to close on time. I would highly recommend working with Al!

This was my second refinancing with Al, and third loan experience overall. I could not have been happier with this experience. Al is extremely helpful, personable, and makes the entire process easy from start to finish. As a first-time home buyer, the purchase process seemed a bit fuzzy. Indeed it is not an easy process - there are a lot of moving pieces and it is time-sensitive, but Alfonso and the Prime Lending team provided a clear guidance since the first call we had! He stated clearly what needed to be done and what were the next steps, who to involve etc. Alfonso was always very quick to attend my calls or returning them. Being available is key during this process. I highly recommend!

Al and his team at Primelending were amazing. They did the impossible and i was able to close in 35 days. He is very knowledgeable and professional but at the same time you feel as if you have known him for years. His wife also assisted on closing my loan and she was also very pleasant as well. They keep you well informed and up to date on your entire loan process. I already have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.
