Alfonso walked me through every phase of the entire process from beginning to the very end always reaching out and letting me know he was there, updating me on the next step and willing to answer any questions I had or just to help in anyway he could. He made the experience warm and friendly. Having to get a mortgage loan I am very thankful that I had Alfonso to guide me and be there for me every step of the way. He is well respected, a caring individual and I highly recommend him.

Alfonso is not only very knowledgeable, he also provides the best customer service. He made this experience as a first time homeowner very easy and the entire process was seamless. He was patient, answered all of my questions and provided me with all the details of every step along the way. I greatly appreciated the weekly check-in calls and especially the call I received on my way to the closing. I felt very well taken care of which made me feel at ease.
