Working with Al and his team was a great success. With changing close dates and a few bumps along the way we definitely kept him busy! I learned a lot along the way as he was great at explaining everything and not just rushing through the process. I started the mortgage process by talking to a bank. Not a great way to go, they are very cold and you are just a number in their queue. Then my wife and I spoke to Al. He took the time to get to know us as he knows this process is long and personalizing it makes for a better experience. Al is the best communicator and keeps you well informed throughout the entire process so you stay on the timeline and there are no delays. As always, Alfonso and his team came through and provided a quick and painless closing. Although this was our 3rd time working with them, this was our first time ever doing a Refinance and we were absolutely provided the same level of support and upfront expectations as we were on our new home purchases. I spoke to a few different lenders but Alfonso's team was the only one that made me feel comfortable. Other lenders are either constantly pitching themselves and it feels like a sales trap or are unresponsive. I had so many questions but Al and his team were so patient, responsive, and helped explain everything. They made the mortgage process so easy.
