We used Al and Karen at prime lending and were such a huge help. Al was always updating us throughout every part of the process and was always available to call. I was recommended to Alphonso by a neighbor after another mortgage broker took months to get anything accomplished with paper processing and scan docs. Everything with Alphonso was electronic including documents and signatures. Approval came back in a month from start to finish. Would recommend Alphonso and Prime for anyone looking for a great experience.
