Alfonso was a valued lender in our recent refinancing of our mortgage. He was extremely professional, responsive to emails/phone calls at various times including weekends. He kept us up to date with his team members throughout the process. We even received a lower rate after starting the process when the Fed rates were lowered.

My husband and I started the mortgage process with a big bank, right before the Pandemic started. It was just after we were supposed to have already closed and we’re awaiting our final approval from underwriting that we were ultimately denied the loan. We were devastated.
