Al is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was working with another lender and ended up with Al through a referral, no competition. You get a true professional who really knows everything there is to know about the process and being local the area. The float down option that is free also saved me on my mortgage. Our journey started in a flurry about 6 months before our actual closing. A property came on the market that we couldn't pass up and our realtor put us in touch with Al at PrimeLending. Using Al made being an inexperienced first time home buyer extremely easy. When I had questions or needed details while house hunting, he was on it! The day we put in an offer on a house Al was able to run numbers on the exact property for us immediately; even though he was at a baseball game!
