He is always reachable and make sure that that all your concerns are addressed and the deal goes through. There are no appropriate words to describe the attention, follow up, knowledge, courtesy, professionalism, attentiveness, etc. that Al provided during the initial call to our closing date!!!!!! Al and Evan were STELLAR! They truly made applying for a mortgage and buying our new home extremely pleasant and stress free! My husband and me were 1st time home buyer , didn’t have clue how or where to start Al made our buying house process look extremely easy, always reachable answering questions and giving us advice and what to do and what not do to . Each step of the process, Al would check in with us to let us know what is going on, what it means and what comes next. He was very prompt and professional in responding to our questions, as well as letting us know what we needed to do on our end for this process to go smooth. Overall, this process felt seamless and I think a lot of that had to do with Al and his team.
