Alfonso was on the ball for everything. He made sure I had all my paperwork in and made it simple to get it to them. He answered all my questions and was ALWAYS available to talk. He never made me feel like I was bothering him and was really easy to talk to. I will always recommend him to anyone.

Alfonso was great - every step of the way. He communicates consistently and is well informed on the market. He was always available for questions and had all the answers that I needed. He even worked with me to reduce my rate when I challenged him on what I was seeing in the market. I would recommend him if you are looking to buy first time or any time!
