Ever since this company got bought out, the service is straight garbage. They never call you back. Ridiculous, especially for what they charge.

There isn't anyone to talk to locally if you encounter problems with billing or tech support. The Customer service call center is based in South America! I was told by a representative this morning that she couldn't help me resolve my billing issue, as ALL representatives are in South America and the Caribbean! Good luck trying to get help from the headquarters at 300 Telephone Ave, as there is only a receptionist, and everyone else works from home, from what I was told!
I did not know that ACS has customer service out of the country i pay with american money at American prices i would like to speak with someone in the good ole USA so i will look somewhere else for service
bad service I cancelled my account out and my account phone number was under the same account as my mom and told them to make sure don't turn them off either they did turn them off to while turning mine off to

They suck! I’ve been without internet for for a week. My router went bad! Only able to talk to a foreigner in Grenada! Yes Grenada, that where their Alaska Customer Service is located. I work from home and have to hot spot my cell. Look elsewhere for service.

Absolutely horrible! We signed up for ACS in April, I dropped service multiple times a day and placed a ticket in. It took weeks before someone reached out to me about my problem to find out that the modem wasn’t set up correctly. After fixing the modem our services were still dropping multiple times throughout the day. I went ahead and cancelled services, it’s has been 3 billing cycles since I’ve cancelled service and they are still billing me every month. I really like the internet service I have had with ACS in the past.I have ordered new service at my new home address, they said it is going to take two months before it can be installed! Ridiculous!

I have been without internet for over a week now. And everyone I talk to doesn't seem to know anything about the company they work for. (i.e. hours of operation). So at this moment I'm still waiting for a tech person to call/show up.

The customer service at this organization is an absolute joke. after being promised that my connection fee and first month of service would be waived due to their system messing up, now they can’t seem to find any mention of it! Instead of trusting the customer and doing what is right, they are choosing to Stonewall me and pretend that everything is just fine. If I had any other choice of provider, trust me I would do it in a heartbeat and pay three times as much. Avoid at all cost!
