Always Awesome This is our 4th vehicle in the last several years from Alderman. As always, they were low pressure, answered every question that we asked, didn't hide anything and did a great job of explaining the different options on extended warranties that were best suited for the Mercedes that we bought. The Way Car Buying Should Be!!!! Alderman was great to work within finding the right car for us! Great experience This is the second car we purchased from Alderman, that by itself should tell you how good an experience we had. We were treated fairly and professionally, not the typical car buying experience. We told our family if you need to buy a car, go to Alderman first.
Vehicle Purchase Mo Ganchi was our sales person and he made the experience painless. We were able to easily come to terms on our trade as well as the new vehicle. The vehicle was delivered clean with a full tank of gas. The experience was very positive and the vehicle was exactly what we were looking for. Follow up after the sale was also good.
