Initial experience with 360 was upsetting to say the least. Had the system installed and the tech at the time was supposed to come back to install what I ordered. The tech didn’t have some of the items I requested and threw some crap in there that eventually wasn’t working. The new tech that came out where on point. I have experienced a few snags, however the manager was prompt at reviewing the problem and fixing it. Service is great. I love the SVR camera. Max is a great technician. He is very thorough and professional.
Give stars all the way for this crew! They were very prompt and courteous. Questions were met with immediate answers with detailed information leaving no stone unturned. I am extremely pleased with the level of professionalism given by this company!!

The service technician was prompt and courteous. He even respected my house by removing his shoes each time he entered my house. Any issues I had with previous security company he fixed and explained what to do in case I ran into any other issues. Cameras were installed without any complications. Now the system is up and working smoothly as expected. This is my first house and I feel secured and safe now! I have 360 view of my house. Thank you 🙏🏾

This company was recommended to me by several of my family members and friends and they did not disappoint. I had my system upgraded a year ago. No issues until today. The tech (Steve) who upgraded the system also handled the issue today. He, as well as Alert 360’s customer service reps, are all quite knowledgeable, pleasant and professional.
