RecommendedOriginally experience with Custom Service Representative Daniel was horrible, after asking to speak with a Supervisor was told I would receive a call back. I didn't receive a call the same day. I called back next day, Customer Service Representative Shayla was great, quickly connected me to a Supervisor, who resolved my issue and scheduled a technician to come out. I had never had an issue until that day. I have recommended Alarm 360 to my sister and my parents.

Company is an absolute joke.... They keep trying to get u to sign up for a new contract to get some decent service and actually any service...I will not stop until I can tell every single person I know about the sham this company is. And to think all you had to do was throw in the two thermostats I asked for since I don’t use you for monitoring and the office of your ceo already told me I’m 1500$ left in my contract in what I don’t use...all I wanted was some thermostats?!?!!
