Originally experience with Custom Service Representative Daniel was horrible, after asking to speak with a Supervisor was told I would receive a call back. I didn't receive a call the same day. I called back next day, Customer Service Representative Shayla was great, quickly connected me to a Supervisor, who resolved my issue and scheduled a technician to come out. I had never had an issue until that day. I have recommended Alarm 360 to my sister and my parents.
Been a customer for 3yrs and just upgraded our system. Pete King was our service installation person. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience and feel comfortable with our decision about the upgrade.

Company is an absolute joke.... They keep trying to get u to sign up for a new contract to get some decent service and actually any service...I will not stop until I can tell every single person I know about the sham this company is. And to think all you had to do was throw in the two thermostats I asked for since I don’t use you for monitoring and the office of your ceo already told me I’m 1500$ left in my contract in what I don’t use...all I wanted was some thermostats?!?!!
