very pleased with the company, the techs Pete King and Max murphy were very knowledgeable and gave us several options for our set up. They worked quickly in the tight spaces and always made sure we were happy with the end result. We even forgot to mention a couple of doors and Phil came back the next day to install those devices. I feel comfortable knowing that if I ever have a question or problem about or with the system they will take the time to answer me or fix the issue. would definitely recommend.
Our installation was done by Pete King after we had a consultation with Luke. We had a smooth experience. They were right on time and took care of all our concerns in a great way.
Luke H. offered me a great deal and Pete King executed the installations in the most efficient and professional way. They took all the time with me to answer my questions and explain to me the features of the system being put in place. They also did not keep me dark about any installer codes for my equipment. I am convinced I am in good hands for now :)
I encountered an issue with Central Security Group but Dan Ward, Austin General Manager, of Central Security Group, was able to resolve this. As a customer with Central Security Group for over three years, I would highly recommend them. As mentioned previously, I encountered an issue and amended my previous review because Mr. Ward acknowledged the issue and provided a resolution. This is amazing customer service! Thanks again.
