We had called several times regarding a camera that kept loosing connection. Most of the techs blamed it on our internet. Until this last visit, they sent their 2 very best techs who were polite, professional and efficient. They solved all our issues by replacing the one camera and making a few minor adjustments - in and out in under an hour. So, while not everyone can be the best, they do exist , just be persistent!

This was the best Customer Service I have had in a long time. I was having a bad day & they understand that I had a lot going on. They took their time & explained to me several times had to link my accounts. How to add & delete codes, & access things I have never used in the 20 something years I have been with Alert 360.
