The visit today was excellent, but this was the second visit needed to resolve our issue. Brad was great! On time, professional and did the job quickly. Wish I had him the first visit. While the tech last week was nice, he missed that our glass breaks were bad and that required a second visit. Thankfully no extra charge, but the time was the real loss. Thanks that it is all fixed and back to working as needed.
