We had a young lady come to replace a faulty thermostat, and take care of some sensor batteries. She came in a Alert 360 van, and she was professionally dressed with Alert 360 embroidered on her shirt, so, unlike our experiences with some other technicians, it was obvious who she was and what she was here for.
