Our alarm had a bad zone. The salesman stated they will replace the sensors, test system, and upgrade our cell service at no cost if we signed for 2 more years. We signed. The technician called about one hour prior to his arrival. He worked quickly and were back working perfectly in about an hour. Great job.

Excellent customer service. The technician (Minh) was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Saved me money with more equipment added. Very nice customer service reps. Installers are very courteous (removing their shoes at the door & keeping their masks in place). Two service calls and both times the installers answered all questions without rushing me. Great company to hold my alarm business.
