Service tech showed up on time for battery replacement and upgrade to 4G. He showed me how to download the app to my iPhone, and refreshed my memory on using the keypad. The only negative was that he told me a fee $60 more than what was quoted to me over the phone. He called the home office and had the fee changed to the one quoted to me originally.

Good experience. We had a low battery alert. Tried to clear on our own, then thru a technician over the phone to no avail. Richard came for a house call and fixed the problem. Even though we had "new" batteries, his "new batteries" did the trick. Lesson learned that sometimes a new battery will drain even if showing amps. He also did a complete house check and all was OK. We have been pleased w/360.ð??
