It was great working with Alex! This was my second mortgage and the first time around was an extremely frustrating and time consuming process. Alex Perry of Guaranteed Rate is absolutely top notch. He was in touch with me during the entire process and stayed on top of all aspects of the loan process. He is fast and efficient and was a joy to work with. He goes above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend his services and will use him again for any future home purchases.

Alex went above and beyond, not only finding us the best loan and rates to suit our needs, but also seemed to be able to work miracles in his field! When I was pursuing a home purchase, I shopped mortgage rates and Alex was the first who I engaged through a prior client referral. He took the time to lay out all available options to include fixed and variable costs associated with the loan and fees. I then sought out 2 other lenders for comparison. 2 other loan officers had no patience for my pointed questions regarding fixed and variable components to their fees, etc. and neither showed any will to fully explain this and their rates (were higher which left me wondering w... read more

I highly recommend Alex Perry if you are considering a Mortgage or Refinance. He was always available and always went above and beyond to explain the process, answer my questions, and guide me. Mortgages and Refis can be a difficult and long process, but it makes the process much easier when you have a good loan officer to help you along the way. A+ all the way.
