I wish I would have looked at the reviews before booking with this company!!!! I called on Monday, 8/30, for a quote, and after speaking with Kay, I decided to book with this company. Worst mistake ever! I was told that I had until Wednesday, September 1st, to cancel my appointment and still get my deposit. I called today, September 1st, I spoke with Tony and he said someone would be calling be back. I am writing this review to prevent anyone from having the same awful experience we did. We used them in May 2021 and they destroyed nearly everything of value we own. They offered us a few dollars after we filed a complaint with multiple photos, receipts of purchases, and jumped through all their hoops. We paid for 5 men to move us but on the day of delivery we got 4 guys and a girl (who spent the day on her phone in the cab of the truck). I won't waste my time with details and photos. The worst experience of my life, just shocking!!!! We had an 8am-10am window, they showed up at 3pm. We were supposed to have 3 men but 3 kids (2 were 17) showed up with 1 adult age 26. I ended up loading the truck because the kids were hanging out and talking their phones. The move should have taken 4 hours, they were finished after 10 hours they charged us 1800.00, 3 times what the quote was. I would give zero stars if I could. I booked this moving company WELL in advance of my move. They called to confirm my move for the next day, and then did not show up. They said they were having "staffing issues" and offered me NO solutions. I begged for them to at least send someone to help me load the heavy items, and they refused. I was left, as a single woman, to move my entire house alone as I had to be out of my rental. I couldn't even find an available UHAUL last minute. I booked this moving company 2 months before my move date. They were very friendly and professional on the phone. I checked in to make sure everything was good about thirty days later. They assured me that we were right on schedule. I was told to expect a call within a week of my move date. That time came and I did not get a call. TERRIBLE! Terrible...Terrible! All My Sons Moving I called All My Sons and got a quote for moving a small two bedroom apartment and picking up a 10x20 storage unit on the way to our new house. They assured me they can do all that in one day, and quoted me for both pickup locations and then one drop off, with a four person team. We booked them three weeks out from our move, and they cancelled on us two days beforehand (they called me at 4:45 on a Friday when we moved on Sunday). I would rate them less than one star if I could because they left me scrambling to find a truck to move myself.

Should you choose this company for your moving needs and any of your possessions are damaged do not expect any type of reimbursement or compensation. I have been battling with this company for almost a year on a claim which started a month after my move. They are refusing to pay one penny on any of the damages which were incurred while my move was under their control. The experience altogether was abysmal. They weren't transparent upfront about costs, they weren't diligent with wrapping nor did they carefully move expensive pieces of furniture. The moving crew was over an hour late. I voiced my concerns to Donny at the office and he did nothing about it. Extremely disappointed with their services to the point that not only will I be using them again but I will go out of my way to make sure others I know looking for movers do not either.
