This was the absolute worst moving experience I've ever had in my life. I have had to move 11 times in the last 10 years for school and medical training, and this is the only horrible experience I've ever had. I had to move a 1-bedroom apartment with minimal decor and no appliances into a condo with the front door directly in front of the moving truck. I didn't even get a chance to experience the bad service during a move. They quoted me one price over the phone to take my deposit and then quoted me about double when they called to confirm 1 business day before they were supposed to arrive. They claimed it was a federal law issue, but I can tell you as a trucking lawyer, the rule they referenced not only did not mandate a higher price, but also requires a written quote... which they refused to give upon my request. I will add to the many negative reviews. Do not use this company under any circumstances. They will destroy your property. The crew they sent to our home was unprofessional and untrained. Truly this company should not be in business.

Started out well...they sent out someone to go through our home. She listed all furniture and estimated boxes needed. The quote seemed detailed and accurate and was better than a few other quotes we got, so we went with All My Sons. They track their trucks via GPS and the clock starts when they arrive...despite the fact that they stood around for the first half hour. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before booking with this company!!!! I called on Monday, 8/30, for a quote, and after speaking with Kay, I decided to book with this company. Worst mistake ever! I was told that I had until Wednesday, September 1st, to cancel my appointment and still get my deposit. I called today, September 1st, I spoke with Tony and he said someone would be calling be back. I am writing this review to prevent anyone from having the same awful experience we did. We used them in May 2021 and they destroyed nearly everything of value we own. They offered us a few dollars after we filed a complaint with multiple photos, receipts of purchases, and jumped through all their hoops. We paid for 5 men to move us but on the day of delivery we got 4 guys and a girl (who spent the day on her phone in the cab of the truck). I won't waste my time with details and photos. The worst experience of my life, just shocking!!!! We had an 8am-10am window, they showed up at 3pm. We were supposed to have 3 men but 3 kids (2 were 17) showed up with 1 adult age 26. I ended up loading the truck because the kids were hanging out and talking their phones. The move should have taken 4 hours, they were finished after 10 hours they charged us 1800.00, 3 times what the quote was. I would give zero stars if I could. I booked this moving company WELL in advance of my move. They called to confirm my move for the next day, and then did not show up. They said they were having "staffing issues" and offered me NO solutions. I begged for them to at least send someone to help me load the heavy items, and they refused. I booked this moving company 2 months before my move date. They were very friendly and professional on the phone. I checked in to make sure everything was good about thirty days later. They assured me that we were right on schedule. I was told to expect a call within a week of my move date. That time came and I did not get a call.
