This company is deceptive do not use. They will procrastinate in order to gain adds moving time. Before you sign on their tablet take a picture of what you are signing first so that you can have proof in case anything misleading appears which surely will. I will book them again and this time before they are paid I will have them drive to the farthest place available only to be left stranded with a truck load of junk. Total rip off. Filled truck halfway, left items in every room, drove to my storage unit, said it wasn't going to fit, stored everything overnight without attempting to unload, unloaded next day, it did fit. $4k for this "service." Had to pay other movers to finish the job. This company charges by WEIGHT. Endless excuses, lies, and contradictory explanations from supervisor. I wouldn't recommend this moving company to my worst enemy.

Critical: Professionalism, Value Only leaving a star because you have to and it wasn't the fault of the actual movers that showed up, it was purely management. First of all, they changed the rate per hour without telling me. Also, management failed to tell me when I rescheduled my appointment, that the day I had chosen was technically not available for the size job I had, and they rushed their staff so they could get to another job on time. Never using them. Ever. My friend set up her reservation for moving way in advance and paid to make sure she was good to go. I arrived to help her clean up the old apt and she's was on the phone with them. They stood her up!!!!!! They lied about calling her to cancel ( no missed calls, no voice-mails on her phone.) Then they didn't even refund her money!!! They aren't answering any of her calls now. Luckily she found a new company coming today that is way cheaper and has been way more pleasant and professional.

I hate writing reviews, especially negative ones, but this has been bugging me since the move and I want others to be aware. The sales person I worked with was amazing, responsive and professional. The movers themselves were very friendly, respectful, and appeared to take care of our things as they wrapped individual pieces etc. But here's where they lost stars for me and it turned into the worst out of our 7 last moves. 1. This was the absolute worst moving experience I've ever had in my life. I have had to move 11 times in the last 10 years for school and medical training, and this is the only horrible experience I've ever had. I had to move a 1-bedroom apartment with minimal decor and no appliances into a condo with the front door directly in front of the moving truck. I didn't even get a chance to experience the bad service during a move. They quoted me one price over the phone to take my deposit and then quoted me about double when they called to confirm 1 business day before they were supposed to arrive. They claimed it was a federal law issue, but I can tell you as a trucking lawyer, the rule they referenced not only did not mandate a higher price, but also requires a written quote... which they refused to give upon my request. I will add to the many negative reviews. Do not use this company under any circumstances. They will destroy your property. The crew they sent to our home was unprofessional and untrained. Truly this company should not be in business.

Started out well...they sent out someone to go through our home. She listed all furniture and estimated boxes needed. The quote seemed detailed and accurate and was better than a few other quotes we got, so we went with All My Sons. They track their trucks via GPS and the clock starts when they arrive...despite the fact that they stood around for the first half hour.
